On the positive side, I received two wonderful packages in the mail today. The first one is from the Good Ol' Summertime Mini Quilt Swap. I received this wonderful little quilt from Vanessa. She stitched a little scene in the center of the quilt. It's so cute. Thanks Vanessa for the lovely quilt.
I had also won a giveaway a couple weeks ago from one of my favorite craft blogs "Paper and String". I received the cutest little felt brooch from Sarah. I love it. She also sent this cute little card with a picture of one of her softies. Thanks so much for the lovely gift. My daughter has claimed this brooch. This is her favorite blog. She checks it almost everyday.
I'm so very fortunate. I just love all the sharing that goes on in blogland. Thank you both for such lovely gifts. It really made my day.

Football sure is tough on us mommies!! ha ha I hope your son's back is ok and he feels better soon. I had one son get his knee knocked out and he had to sit out for 2 quarters and my other son had a staph infection and couldn't play for 1 1/2 weeks. They are both fine now and back on the field!
