Mini pinwheel Christmas quilt is done!

Today, I finally finished my little quilt.

It feels good to do some quilting.
Before yesterday, I hadn't touched my sewing machine in over two weeks.
Way too long!!!!

Here it is on the last little patch of snow in our front yard.
Last week we had record high temperatures and most of the snow melted.
Then, this week we were plunged into a deep freeze.
Without the snow, this cold weather could damage a lot of plants.
Hopefully they survive this crazy winter weather.

Maybe I'll get some sewing done next week when I'm off work again.
I work all this weekend. I do 12.75 hour shifts.
I'm so tired after work, I'm usually in bed at around 8:30 pm.
So, not much sewing gets done.

Oh well, I can only do, what I can do.!!

Hugs

Yes, know what you mean...working myself and next week I will have to work on my usual day off. Nearly said to them...but, that's my quilting day. So projects will just have to wait. The little Mini Quilt is very cute...I really like it.

Your pinwheel quilt is so darling. I just love how bright and cheery it is. And what a great way to use up some smaller pieces of fabric.

Congrats on your finish! It's such a good feeling to spend some time sewing. Work is work and it pays the bills.
