Hi Ariane, beauty does it every time, so does emotionally moving moments like waiting for the arrival of a new baby or sharing someone's loss, birthdays, anniversaries, lots of life's moments or just wanting to share comfort and love with another. Need, does it too! There are so many things that stir me to sew!

What inspires me? A good mom would say her kids. But usually it is someone else having a baby, or costumes for our theater company :-)
I'm inspired by the quiet after everyone goes to bed. Just me, a cup of tea, and the hum of my sewing machine.
Sew pretty! I am always inspired by the fabric itself. I look at it and think "what could I make that into?"
I'm inspired by seeing gorgeous quilts and by not being able to find what I want in stores. While I sometimes knit just for the joy of the process, I generally sew and quilt with a product in mind.

My inspiration is generally the fabric colors I choose.
My kids inspired me to learn to sew, and now I get inspiration for WHAT to sew from many fabulous blogs!
My three girls inspire me to sew. I love making unique clothing and things for them. They feel special wearing something that was made just for them. It's a real thrill.
Six grandchildren and two great granddaughters is what inspires me to do most anything. Only problem is if you make one, you have to make eight. :-) Thanks.

Great giveaway! That's a hard question to answer. I'm inspired by a lot of different things depending on the item I'm making. If it's a present I'm inspired by the recipient Im making it for. Sometimes I am inspired by the fabric or the design of the item :)
This is such a sweet giveaway :) What inspires me to quilt is just imagining myself in the 1930s during the Depression, having to use every scrap of fabric I can come by.

My little man is my sewing inspiration. I love to make fun things for him!
What inspires me to sew? That fantastic feeling when you've completed a project. To think "that was made with my hands". To see the smile and bit of surprise on someone's face when giving handmade items as gifts.
