Okay!!
This will be a short post, because I have to get to bed.
So, I finished this little quilt top tonight.
I hope to quilt it tomorrow night,
and hand it in on Wednesday.
Do you think I can make it?
We will see.
I hope they like this.
There are not a lot of quilters that use modern fabrics in my guild.
I think that some would if it was more available in our area.
I think this would make a cute little quilt for a little girl to play with.
She could use it for her dolls, or just as a security blanket.
On another note, I was featured on Stash Manicure today.

Yeah!!!!
I was a plan B guest blogger.
I had volunteered to write a post,
in case something happened and one of the other guest bloggers couldn't post.
And today was the day.
So go check it out.
Well, that's all for today.
Hugs
Ariane
Quick posts are some of my favorites. Maybe thats because most of mine are short a sweet!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure this little quilt will get lots of love, its very pretty.
Great quilt.
ReplyDeleteI struggle to get modern fabric aswell. My LQS stocks mainly country colours. Thank heaven for the internet
Love and hugs Gina xx
I love the fun prints you used on that quilt! Looking at it reminds me of the "3D images" in magazines when I was a kid, where it tells you to put your nose up to it and pull it away slowly until you see the image.... I hope you know what I am talking about so that doesn't sound completely weird and random! I hope you post pictures of how you decide to quilt this one!
ReplyDeleteI think your quilt looks modern anyway! Congrats on the Stash Manicure guest blogger appearance!!
ReplyDeleteYour quilt is adorable....
ReplyDeleteWill have to hop on over there and check it out!
I really love the fabric you have used Ariane...it looks great, will check out your other post...
ReplyDeleteit turned out so well ariane! i bet you can get it done! you're a star!
ReplyDeleteI agree, your quilt is very girly - I love it! I wish my LQS carried more modern fabrics as well. The internet is great for shopping, but I sure would like to get my hands on the fabric and get a look at it up close, before buying.
