Hi everyone!!
I’ve been working on my Arkansas Crossroads Variations quilt top. I made the blocks for this top during the Rainbow Scrap Challenge 2017.
I finally got all the blocks sewn together today. This has 49 blocks in a 7x7 layout. I made 4 blocks a month for 12 months, plus one to give me 49.

I want this top a bit bigger. So I will make some low volume 9-patch squares for the border to finish the top, I’m going to start those tomorrow.
I’m really loving the look of this top so far. I hope you like it too!

What a fabulous flimsy. Great idea for the border.
You will have a really nice wonderfully colorful quilt when you are finished with it. Are you going for queen or king sized?
I love those blocks and they look wonderful altogether! Pretty and colorful!
Great scrappy top!
Such a pretty quilt. Some low-volume patches around the outside will be a perfect frame!
Beautiful quilt and color choices, can't wait to see it with the border, sounds wonderful.

Yes, I do like it too. Very much in fact. A 9 patch border sounds like a great idea. Enjoy! ;^)
This quilt is a stunner! I'm loving the tone and colour play.
I love it! It is funny...I am making these blocks for a quilt too but the pattern is from a magazine. I had no idea what the block name was but now I do.
Congrats! on getting your RSC17 blocks together. Making low volume blocks for the "border" sounds like a great choice!

Four patches, flying geese and squares - oh the beauty of simplicity!
It's scrappy without being too busy, very effective. Well done!

Your flimsy looks great! Isn't it fun when all those RSC blocks come together in a quilt top?!
